Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund, cancellation, and payment disclosure terms for MCQ-Master digital education services.

Current Payment Status

MCQ-Master currently does not process paid subscriptions or checkout payments. If payment features are introduced, the checkout screen will show final price, taxes, duration, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation terms, refund terms, and support contact before payment.

Paid Digital Products

  • For paid digital access, refund eligibility depends on the plan, usage, delivery status, payment error, duplicate charge, or applicable consumer law.
  • No hidden charges should be added after a user confirms payment. Taxes, platform fees, and total payable amount must be visible before checkout.
  • If a payment succeeds but access is not delivered, users should contact support with transaction details for resolution or refund review.
  • Duplicate payments, failed access after successful payment, or incorrect charges should be reviewed and reversed where verified.

Cancellation

  • Free accounts may be discontinued by the user by requesting account deletion.
  • For future subscriptions, cancellation should stop the next renewal unless the paid plan expressly states otherwise before purchase.
  • Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically erase study data; users may separately request data deletion.

Refund Request Process

  • Email support@mcqmaster.com with registered email, order ID, payment gateway reference, product name, purchase date, and reason for refund.
  • Refund requests should be acknowledged within a reasonable support period and resolved after payment-gateway verification.
  • Approved refunds should be returned to the original payment method, subject to bank and gateway timelines.

Consumer Protection Disclosure

This policy is designed for digital education services with reference to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
